Johnson Fine Chemical Co., Ltd. former Farn Shinn Enterprise Co., Ltd. which

was established in 1975, is a corporate company of Sea Chief Group.

At  the  beginning, Farn  Shinn was the stock agent of Bayer, Germany for

Desmodur RF and N-75. Besides, it is also the agent of Du Pont, U.S.A. for Adiprene L-167, L-100 and curing agent for MOCA in Taiwan.

In 1982, Farn Shinn started producing shoe adhesive. Afterwards, it established a

rubber glove factory in 1986. Finally in 1989, Farn Shinn started to their production

based on their research of several fine chemicals.

At that time,  the  goal and investment of Farn Shinn was concentrated in

Mainland China which developed rapidly. For supporting successive expansion

of business activities, Johnson Fine Chemical Co., Ltd. was decided to set up in 1997 recruiting several specialists.

Johnson  not  only  proudly  inherits  Farn  Shinn's  excellent  tradition, but

also devotes to develop more sophisticated special chemicals including

unique material such as monofunctional isocyanate, 1,5-diisocyanate-

naphthatene, dimethylthio diamino thouene and etc..

After  a  few  years  of  hard  work  and  aggressive  production,   Johnson

successfully  kept   their   part  of  the  market  in  this  field. Besides, they

coorperated technically with world wide companies in countries such as

Japan,  Europe, the United States, etc. As a result, Johnson becomes

the leader of special chemicals all over the world.

Johnson  consequently  established  three  main  branches  which are in

Taiwan, Thailand, Mainland China respectively. Their business activities

though is connected world wide.

The reason why  Johnson is as successful as it is right now,  is partly due to it's slogan which is
